Job Description:

  • Responsible for making outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding payments.

Job Description:

  • Perform field visits to customer locations for payment collection.
  • Interact directly with customers to resolve payment issues and secure commitments.
  • Verify customer addresses and maintain updated contact information.
  • Coordinate with the tele-calling team for efficient field operations.
  • Ensure all collections are properly documented and reported daily.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethics during field visits.
Team Leader Management

Job Description:

  • Supervise and lead a team of collection executives (Tele & Field).
  • Monitor team performance against targets and provide necessary coaching.
  • Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency and team productivity.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complex collection cases.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for the management.
  • Ensure team compliance with organizational policies and collection standards.
